Classic Finland Oy 2264273-3 (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) sells products to private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and our prices. All prices include VAT.

Ordering

Products are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is submitted by paying for the contents of the shopping cart through the online store's checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions, the product prices, and the shipping costs. If an email address is provided at the time of purchase, an order confirmation will be sent via email. The order confirmation specifies the products ordered and the total price.

Payment

Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, Business ID 2486559-4) acts as the payment service provider for the Online Store. Visma Payments Oy is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). Payments are processed through the Visma Pay online service, and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy will appear as the recipient on your bank statement or invoice. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the merchant. Paying is secure, as all information regarding the payment transaction is transmitted via an encrypted connection. No third party can access your payment details.

The purchase agreement is formed between the customer and the Online Store. The Online Store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment Methods

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay using online banking credentials, digital wallets, payment cards (credit/debit), invoices, or installments. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, POP Bank (Paikallisosuuspankit), S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Siirto, Klarna, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online payments in the app settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the charge to the payment card fails, paying with the MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.

OP Lasku – A flexible way to pay for online purchases. Available to customers of all banks. With OP Lasku, you can make purchases up to 5,000 euros and pay them off interest-free within 45 days. If you wish, you can split the bill into multiple installments. Your purchases are shown in one place, making it easy to keep track of your spending. With the credit limit, you can keep your spending within your desired limits. You will receive your invoices conveniently via email. In our online service, you can see information about your use of OP Lasku and the total amount of your purchases. You can use OP Lasku if you are over 20 years old, solvent, and have online banking credentials from a Finnish bank. Delivery

Orders are dispatched on weekdays. The delivery time for products is usually 1–3 weeks. Shipping costs are determined by the selected delivery method, potential additional services, and the weight and size of the order. You can see the shipping costs in the online store's checkout function before the final confirmation of your order.

If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, the Online Store must be notified without delay, and in any case within 14 days. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.

Returns

Online store customers have a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in the order. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. If you wish to return or exchange products, please contact the online store first for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information, and account number with the return for a possible refund.

Order cancellation, liability for defects, and complaints

An order can be cancelled by written notice via email before the order has been delivered.

The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. Consumers have the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
